Hi! I have traveled a few times. I enjoy getting to know the country (or a city) as much as possible (walk around on foot, try local cuisine, more laid back travel). Not a fan of going through packed schedule of leaping through many countries (cities) and many attractions.
I am for healthy lifestyle: good diet, yoga, running. Open to new experiences (hobbies) as well.
Recently started studying Spanish, so I am very keen to explore Latin American countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people from different countries because you get outlook on the world from a different angle. Especially, it helps to get immersed in culture better.
Additional bonus: exchange rate of Kazakh tenge to other currencies is not the best, hence it is always nice to save up on some expenses.

Mostly, slow R'n'b, Jazz, Soul music. Other times, any kind of music except for heavy and aggressive (including language) tones (like heavy rock, etc.).
I love dance (not good at it myself though): really enjoy watching ballet or any type of nicely choreographed performances.
Movie favorites: 80's (John Hughes), old-school Hollywood, 90's comedies, Edgar Wright's works, 1995 BBC's "Pride and Prejudice", french comedies and anything with Tom Hanks.
Books: Kazakh and Russian classics, The Chronicles of Narnia, self-development books
