One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was hiking in the mountains in northern Greece near the Macedonian border when we came across 20 or so young male refugees who were sneaking into the country to avoid the war and later get their families across safely. At about 1000 ft. they showed us pictures of their children and we shared with them the little cheese and bread we had, gave them a camera, and wished them well. It was surreal and a moment I will never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share
