About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to see the world and meet new and interesting people (on a tight budget!)

ABOUT ME

I am not currently living in Coventry but studying a masters course in the Netherlands (Wageningen) so can't host.

The men in white coats haven't caught me yet!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have met lots of wonderful people, at meet ups plus either hosting or surfing, and befriended one awesome Canadian, including a return visit. It's definitely a great way to meet people, travel, and feel happy!

Interests

I spend a lot of my time running or swimming. You are welcome to join me!
If you are interested, I could put you in touch with some conservation volunteers. Because of work I don't get to go out and help them as much as I'd like, but I do enjoy it and recommend it.
I also like going out drinking and dancing with my friends or just staying in watching films. Of course, I also love travelling and meeting new people!

Music, Movies, and Books

This year I have been mostly plugging "Apathy and other small victories" by Paul Neilan. Buy it and read it, unless you can't be arsed.

I found it in a hostel in new zealand and it is possibly the funniest book I have ever read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i spent four weeks in Indonesia as a volunteer with Operation Wallacea after i graduated. living on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere with a fun group of people. after all the hard work of my finals it was bliss!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to improve at poi and could teach a beginner. Learning juggling or hula hooping would be great.
I love cooking and baking when I get a chance and always happy to share.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, China, Estonia, France, Germany, Iceland, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Viet Nam
