To live an active, purpose-driven, connected life while cultivating strong and meaningful personal relationships with my students, family, friends and community.

ABOUT ME

I'm a Grade 2 teacher at an international school in Taiwan. I live most of the year here but travel back to Canada every summer to reconnect with family and friends. Travel fills my soul and love and learning guides my actions.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that each person you come across in life how a special lesson to teach you or one that can be taught to them. We are all learners in this strange and wonderful life. My actions are guided by love and discovery. We are put on this earth to share love and overcome adversity. We all have stories. Always be open, generous and kind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've crashed a couple couches but am generally not very active in the couch surfing community. I would love to host couchsurfers visiting Taiwan.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few times and my brother has been doing it for a few years. For the most part we have both had positive experiences.

Interests

I try to travel as much as possible. Yoga, nature, friends, nutrition, being active, reading and cooking!!!

I love to share my love of food with others either through eating or cooking for them. It's best done over a glass of wine, while swapping stories.
