About Me

I’m one of those quiet but deadly people. Haha. I mean I’m pretty shy until I get to know you! I'm a little thrill seeker. Anything that makes my heart skip a beat is the sort of stuff I enjoy.

While I don't always master things gracefully first go, and I say "I can't do it" a million times WHILE doing it, I'm determined enough to keep trying. It's like alternating between saying I can't do it and I can do it gets me to the finish line or something. In the same breath I'm very flippant. It's my best and worst quality. I actually like to think of it as easy going.

I love colour, flowers, cotton candy and ice blocks.

Despite living in Australia I actually don't know how to surf (contrary to popular belief all Aussies surf) and no I don't ride a kangaroo and we don't sell koalas at the pet shop. But it's true, vegemite is my one true love and I do spend a lot of time at the beach because I can't stay away! ...Unless it's in the mountains hiking or being pillion on a motorcycle - corners are fun !

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- Kaya project, Wild Nothing, Odesza, El Guincho etc (sort of a mix of music to be honest).

Any adventure, cheesy movie or comedy or just one that gets me thinking.

Books- Holy Cow, Girl Boss, Looptail, How not to give a fuck, Braving the Wilderness, Talking to Strangers

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydived in my Cookie Monster Pajamas and big fluffy pink slippers when I was 16 because I wanted to be comfortable.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to climb a pole, how to appreciate the little things like laying in the grass and feeling the different textures, smells, sights that is often taken for granted.

I'm always up for learning something new no matter what it is! Better to have given it a go than to have wondered about it later. I find learning anything is kind of therapeutic anyway and quite enjoy it (how to make jewellery, paint, coding, fixing a doors hinges etc).

I'm vegan so if you're interested I can tell you a thing or two. But I'm a cool vegan so I won't force it on you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good music playlist to match the mood (I guess 'good' is subjective haha!) and I also clean up after myself! Happy to help with any odd house jobs as well.
