ABOUT ME

I am a newly graduated grad student. After two years of intense study, i'm interested in relaxing and meeting people. I work at a non profit health center specializing in HIV and LGBT health. I love to travel, hike, play games in the park, support local artists, and drink good coffee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couchsurfing while living in Ethiopia and really enjoyed meeting people who were interested in learning more about the culture and straying from the beaten path. I think it is an amazing way to travel.

Interests

My goals are to summit all 46 high peaks in the Adirondack Mountains, hike the Appalachian trail, see as many new mountain ranges as possible, and meet people along the way. I also would love to learn from others; book/film recommendations, new music, foods, languages...
