About Me

I really don't know how to write about myself. I guess I'm just a very easy going person who has a lot of energy most of times, ready to go anywhere, with anyone, just to have an adventure. People know me for being fun at any time, even if it just to chill. I don't stress too much about things, just living life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet people and travel besides tourist places. To get a real life experience of another place and culture.

I'm not here to travel as many countries as possible in a very short, limited period of time. I'm not here to compete with anyone about who has travel the most. As I've been on the road, I met a lot of travelers who count the km/miles as a prize. I'm happy for them, but this is not me. I'm here to explore countries and people in a different way. I like to take my time, as possible, and really ~feel~ where I am. I don't want to look back and remember a number. I want to remember the people I've met and stayed friends. I want to remember the good times and laugh at the hard ones.

Interests

I love arts and outdoors, at the same time I love music and clubs. Just basically anywhere where it's beautiful, or people are having fun, or it's something amazing, or all of it. I'm very open to basically anything if the energy is right :) Im actually that person who will invite you to a 2 days party and the next weekend will try to convice you to play all the board games ever invented, I even carry a deck of cards with me !

Now I am super SUPER into climbing. I'm even working at a Indoor Climbing Gym :D So yeah if you dig that, hit me up fam

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music is hard, but my favorite artists are the Rolling Stones and Madonna. And it continues to Led zeppelin, Sabbath, Michael Jackson ... I wont trust you and our friendship will suffer if you tell me you like anything/everything ! Music is taste, you might enjoy pretty much anything, but there must be something that fills your heart ! I want to know, not judge you, when I ask (and I will ask) "what music do you like?". Unless you don't listen to music, then is fine :P

Movie lts hard I simply like to watch movies but it depends on my mood what to watch. It could be any of monty python. At the same time I would put Tree of life, Gone with the Wind and Mary Poppins. Im very into the concept and creation of the movie, the backstage of it. One of the reasons I love Indiana Jones is the making of it. I love getting super into these things..

Book it would be 1984, or Life by Keith Richards. Lord of the Flies and basically anything Tolkien has put his hands into. The Silmarillion is my religion. Can I put "The universe is a green dragon" here too? I will.. Edge of the universe, from Paul halpern, is on my mind until now and I would recomend in a heartbeat. Also since Im backpacking I read basically anything my hosts have for me. When i can't get my hands on anything else, I have one book, Walk through walls. I can let you have a peak but unfortunatelly I can't trade, it is autographed to me :T

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think small things are the most amazing ones, like to track one of the biggest mountains in Rio, or to hitchhike a ride home in the back of a garbage truck, do a road trip around Lake Michigan with my sister...hitchhike to another city in the back of a fruit truck to go to a concert of my friends band.
Go to amazing concerts, like Rolling Stones where my life ended and my soul was reborn, or go to a restaurant around the block and find Madonna at 11pm. Just life itself its amazing. Go to a desert that has water between dunes for a couple month a year in Maranhão, BR is still on of the most surreal places I have ever been.
Most recent, went to Austin SXSW and got a private once-in-a-lifetime night tour of the ACL Moody Theater after Robert Plant had played. Just because we waited 4 hours outside to see him... funny thing, the next day when I came back to thank the seccurity and producers who let me in, Robert Plant was coming out... life is CRAZY
Was traveling Europe for what I think has been a little over a year, something ... it would be too long to write it all here and honestly, who cares? This is neither a prize section or a who-is-cooler. Probably what I think was amazing and important to me will have a different meaning to you :) i would like to tell you my stories and hear your opinion. And I love listening because ooh i talk a lot !

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Portuguese, or maybe just the bad words hahaha. I can paint/draw something and I would love to make you a FX makeup unless im backpacking so probably not so much space to carry it around :) and we can learn something new together and share travel stories ! I wil fill your house with nonsense but thats a gift more than a curse

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share ideas and opinions with respect. I can cook something from Brasil or teach you a little Portuguese. I can be a good company and even if you need some space just go for a little walk :) Im up for sharing anything ! If you give me the chance, I will bake you something. I am a sugar addict but I live my life as a normal person, 98% of the time :P
