My name is Aimy. I'm 23 years old and I'm from The Land of Smiles (aka Thailand!) I was born and raised in Thailand but I spent quite sometimes in a few different countries including New Zealand, Scotland, Hugary, and Singapore. I've been away from Thailand for quite sometimes but I've just moved back to Thailand for good! I'm currently settling in at the moment but I still love traveling to different countries and experiencing different cultures, especially the FOOD!! hahaha!

I love trying food from around the world! Clearly, who doesn't like to eat right?!
I'm actually professionally trained in French Cuisine and attended a culinary school before. My passion is definitely cooking! I really love to cook for others but I can't really be bothered cooking for myself though!

I love learning new Languages and currently I'm learning Korean by myself and it's been fun so far! I love the language and the culture.

I love Pop music, K-pop, C-pop, Classical
My ultimate favourite kind of movies are Sci-fi, Crime, Thriller, and sometimes Horror. I have no problem going to the movies alone even it's a Horror! But of course, I prefer going with a company!

My favourite books are anything from Nicholas Sparks! Haha! I know I know, I'm such a typical girl. But if you haven't tried his books, I highly recommend that you check it out!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure if this would be considered as amazing but I've stayed in Szeged, a small town in Hungary where no one there speaks English. I was there for 6 months and man.... it wasn't easy at all. Not being able to communicate with people was really hard but I've learnt so many things from that! Getting lost and not being able to ask for help was not really that fun but certainly was a great learning experience!!

I've worked in the kitchen before and there was one time that I spent my entire day cutting shrimps from 9am to 11pm! That wasn't the best day of my kitchen life! hahaha

If you're interested in Thailand, Thai culture and the people, then I can share with you a peek into it! Although I'm westernized to a certain extent, I still hold my Thai values and so I think I would be a good friend to all of you!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can really help you explore Thai culture and even the Language ! I could even give you some cooking tips for Thai and French cuisines if cooking is something you're into! Of course, I would love to learn anything from anyone and I'm open about exploring new ideas and concepts!
