ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, although my genes are 100% British, so I burn easily in the sun, which detracts somewhat from my Aussieness. I live outside of the city center in Perth and I am known to be somewhat of a 'Hill Billy', a name I wear proudly. Living in an isolated city like Perth, gave me the itch to go out and explore and I have been traveling since I was seventeen. I enjoy meeting new people and visiting exciting new places. I am outgoing and I do not shy away from new adventures, I also love doing things that give me an adrenalin rush. I can't wait to jump into the couch surfing experience...between working of course!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to host people, however my living situation at the moment does not allow me to do so, you are of course welcome to come round for a drink! When I get back home I will be willing to host, but for now, I am looking forward to couch surfing or meeting you over a drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been around France & Belgium, each experience has been so much fun & has enriched my traveling experiences.

MY FRIENDS: My friends are my family and I love them!

LANGUAGES: Despite only knowing English and French, I would love to expand my language horizon on the way to fulfilling my dream of been an interpreter.

HAVING A GOOD TIME: I do love to Party! (Although having a good time for me also includes having a strong cup of tea and reading a good book!)

TRAVELLING: I love, love, love to travel, I have been to over 24 different countries, and I have learned something new from everyone of them, next places on my list are India, Africa and back to South America.

HAVING FUN IN THE SUN (with a hat and sunscreen of course!): I love been outdoors and I relish every moment I get to laze on the beach or on the grass.

BEEN GREEN: Perth is a car dependant city, and I find it hard getting from A to B without a car, so here in France, without a car and great public transport, I am enjoying not polluting the atmosphere with my exhaust fumes. I hate to see the tap or lights left on unnecessarily and do not like to see people not recycling or taking an interest in our planet's future.
