My name is Ainara (referred to as Naz by friends) and my partner is Pasquale (known as Paz by friends), so in essence we are Naz and Paz!

We have lived and worked in London for the last 10 years but have lived in Australia and Spain, which is perhaps why we have the travel bug.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

A couple of years ago we took a 6 month sabbatical and travelled round South East Asia and South America. It was a truly amazing experience and we met up with many other travelers through couchsurfing. It's such a great way to meet locals and be immersed in the local culture.

Mostly action or historical films based on true stories...Snatch, A Prophet, The Wolf of Wall Street, The boy with the striped pyjamas, The Zookeeper's Wife, Inception...anything goes but I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to horror films!

Whilst traveling we like to read books by authors or based in the country we were staying in. White Tiger and the Life and crimes of Charles Sobraj were good. One of my fave books is Pillars of the Earth. I've recently read Sapiens, Homo Deus and 21 Lessons for the 21st century.

In terms of music, almost anything that brings me joy depending on the moment!
