ABOUT ME

I am a nice Californian living in Berlin since (late, late) 2009. I consider myself very open-minded, am interested in just about everything, and enjoy meeting new and interesting people.

PHILOSOPHY

life has no rules, only dogmas. it should be a fun and exciting journey. nothing is more important to me than the people I meet along the way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Meeting travelers who come to Berlin, talking with them, and possibly getting drunk with them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has not been extensive, but I have a few a handful of really nice people, and had the chance to learn a little bit about them.

兴趣

Almost everything. I like learning how objects and systems work and science in general. I like photographs, films, music, and reading. I like to swim, play bocce ball, ping pong and board games. I like riding my bike.

I also like sitting in parks and people watching, bars and/or bar-hopping, and occasionally indulging recklessly.

I am interested in learning of the experiences and perspectives of other people. I like very much just to sit and talk.

Movies: Being John Malkovich, The Big Lebowski, Battle Royale, Y tu mamá también, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Eternal Sunshine, American Beauty, Kill Bill, Adaptation, and Fargo

Music: my favorite band is of Montreal. They are my ear candy, and I am total junkie. Otherwise, I am pretty open-minded and usually like what others put on. I like listening to music that fits the mood of the situation.

Books: The Brothers Karamazov, East of Eden, The Berlin Stories, The Rules of Attraction, This Side of Paradise, Kurt Vonnegut's, The Picture of Dorian Gray
