About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To experience as much on offer as possible
ABOUT ME
I am a recent graduate, embracing opportunities as they come by. I love new experiences, which includes travelling to new places and being able to learn about their culture, food and general way of life as well as the history of the place. I have tried to take as many opportunities that have been on offer whilst at university. This includes doing a tandem skydive, taking up bellydancing and windsurfing, being president of the cheese and chocolate society (which was very fun as well as yummy!), teaching maths and science in a school for 3 months, and volunteering at a nursery and an orphanage in Thailand. I think there is so much available out there, and I would really like to try and experience the majority of what is on offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am planning on going travelling around Europe this summer with a friend, and I would really like to participate in the CS project as I travel. I think it is a great way to get to know a new place and to meet new and interesting people.
Interests
I took up bellydancing at university and I love it! As well as dancing and performing, I really enjoy the DIY aspect of the dance, in making your own costumes. I also enjoy going to music festivals, my favourite out of the ones I've been to is Glastonbury - I love the atmosphere and there is so much more to do than just watching bands. I also do a bit of windsurfing, although I'm still a beginner!
