Hello! I am a small town/country transplant to NYC, been here for 6 years now but next year I am planning on moving. I'm hoping to travel a lot next summer, as of right now I have limited opportunities for travel but enjoy it when I can! I love being outside whenever possible, so if I find myself out of the city for a few days I'll spend as much time as possible doing things outdoors. I walk everywhere and love hiking as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to have the opportunity to meet people in new places I travel to, as seeing a new town through the eyes of a local is so different than as a regular tourist. I like to hear people tell their life story and motivations, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam in an underwater cave in Mexico. Ended up befriending a local who took us to a hidden spot that not too many people knew about...it was incredible.
