Hi friends! I’m Aislinn, but you can call me Ash if that’s easier! My name comes from all over so I guess I was set up to travel! Aislinn is Irish, my middle name is Spanish, and my last name is French. I love to travel and be outside! So far I’ve spent two months in Australia, three months in Central America, a few weeks in Trinidad, and had many adventures around North America. Now I’m doing four months in Europe! When not on big adventures I’ve been attending Hampshire College in Massachusetts. I study mostly natural and environmental sciences and also outdoor education. I’m really passionate about protecting our planet and seeing all its beautiful, different parts.

Spending a semester of high school in Central America with The Traveling School and reallying seeing the world for the first time

I really miss cooking and I’m happy to make food for you! I grew up in a family of amazing cooks where homemade pie crust or pastry cream was part of daily life, then this past fall I was introduced to backcountry cooking and learned a lot about cooking simply. Now I try to cook with a balance between the two!
