ABOUT ME

A muslim girl born and bred in Kuala Lumpur. I am a happy person. I love having fun and laughing and when these happen simultaneously, all the better! Activities that I consider fun range from curling in bed with a good book to scuba diving. I have never jumped off of a plane but wish I had the courage to do so. Watch this space, I might one day decide to go through with it! If I could be anything else for a day I would be a fish. Also I think Spiderman trumps Superman.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very new to CS as I have only been introduced to it by a couple of friends who were surfing and happened to bunk in my place a few days back. They're friends with a housemate of mine. I heard their wonderful travel stories and was instantly hooked. I gotta get me some CS experience for sure!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed at a friend's aunt's place whilst in Oslo. She was a lovely lady and I even went back another time to visit her when she was ill. She's the kind of person who often welcomes other Malaysians that visit Oslo with no other place to stay, bunk in her house. Sadly, she's gone now, but her memory lives on because of the wonderful way in which she opened her house to strangers.

Interests

Food. Coffee. Books. The sea. Lush, greeeeeeen trees. Babies. Board games. Netball. Scuba diving. Flowers. Tennis (I watch matches, I don't actually play it). Mugs. Pretty lights. Skiing. Books. Cycling. Horse riding (only ever did this once but would do it again if I had the $$$).
