In short - I`m an easy going, life loving girl from Latvia. I'm not the most talkative person, but I'm an excellent listener and am always ready to exchange some interesting stories and conversations :)
Currently I am working in that scary field, known as dentistry. But aside from being a dentist, I play violin in a camera orchestra (as an amateur) and do a lot of different things to fulfill my day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a great and a bit different way of travelling. How better can you experience the place you`re visiting than meeting people who actually live there? You can exchange interesting stories, experience the culture from the locals` perspective and maybe even get good friends from all around the world!

Interests

Oh, they`re many... Sometimes even too many. I like different activities, being in nature, listening to and playing music, dancing, and... I could go on and on :D I always try to find something nice and interesting in almost everything! (And often, if can`t find it, I try to combine it with something I like, to enjoy it.)
But the biggest passions I have, I would say, are travelling, music and medicine. And everything that`s connected with them!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite type of music is probably different types of rock, but I also like dancy, old, relaxing and other types of music. (I don`t have the typical commercial taste, though). But I just loooove music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Applying for Erasmus. That was an adventure of a lifetime! I got to travel quite a lot, meet a lot of new, interesting and simply wonderful people all around the world. It made me see the world and even myself from a different perspective. Anyways, I think that travelling opens up your mind and frees your spirit in a way nothing else does, so that is why I'm so happy I had this experience.
