ABOUT ME

Hi! We are Silvia & Carlos, two non conformist people that always dreamed of traveling around the world. One day, 7 years ago, bored with the life that we had in Spain we quit our jobs and we decided to make our dream como true.
We started a great adventure that changed our life... we spend almost 3 years travelling around Asia, Oceania and South America. In that time we grow up, we opened our mind, we learned from other people and cultures, and we felt the freedom while we were discovering how awesome the world is.

After this awesome experience we came back home because we were running out of money (yes, we're not rich people :P) so we found a job and spend a year in Barcelona with our family and friends. The year was getting harder and harder for us. Me Silvia I decided to make a change in my profession, I was fed up of this kind of job that just give me money, I was sure that everybody can find a job that you enjoy doing it and I follow my instinct and I started to learn for pleasure. I studied Emotional Education and this drove me to Montessori. Also we felt the necessity to keep feeling like a free bird outside his birdcage so we decided to leave again. And this his time my studies chosen the destination: Mexico! We went to Yucatán Mexico where we lived for 1 year and I became a Montessori Guide, later we moved to Los Cabos and apart of enjoying the beauty of Baja California Sur I was working as a Montessori Guide before to come to Canada. A new challenge bring us to Vancouver, Canada and here we are!

We want to take part of this community because we think that it's a very interesting project that make the experience of travel more easy and more grateful, it's possible because around the world there are nice people who wants to help the others and it's simply AMAZING!

Intereses

We love travel and know about other countries and cultures.
Me (Silvia) I like photography, I love children but most I like it is to see them happy. I don't believe in the traditional educational system, that's why I'm trying to learn everyday something to improve the way we teach our children. I'm very interested in the Emotional Education and all the alternative educational systems like Montessori.
Carlos is a web designer he realy enjoys doing it, but he also likes doing sport, fishing and spend time in the nature.
