About Me

I love being outside, doing sports, going to concerts and music festivals and travelling (of course!) I think my friends would describe me as a laughing, down to earth, (maybe crazy?) person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a good (maybe the best?) way to discover places, people, ways of living and unexpected things all around the world. Plus I like meeting new, interesting people I wouldn't have been able to meet without couchsurfing.
When I go somewhere I don't know at all, I like to hear some local's advice about the places to visit because I hate just doing the usual tourist city-tour at the overcrowded places. I prefer to get the real taste of the place I'm visiting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and I've been playing recorder for almost 15 years but it doesn't mean I only listen to old and classical music (even if I do) I also love (progressive) rock (Genesis, King Crimson, Yes, Jethro Tull, Led Zeppelin,…), folksongs from other continents,…

I read a lot (really a LOT) and so I like everything, historical dramas, life stories, scientific essays, classical literature (I mean mostly french one) and I particularly love sci-fi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every time I travel, it's a new adventure! the last one for now are the 2 weeks I spent in Ecuador last summer, climbing on volcanoes, riding horses, visiting the beautiful churches of Quito, getting to know food traditions (for example their cannelazo, a hot cocktail with fruits and cinnamon!)…

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I can learn from almost everyone, is it a recipe, a way of living, a legend or a historical anecdote, music, new books or movies, or just general considerations about subjects as wide as life, humanity, the world…
I'm willing to try new sports, games or activities

and I hope I will be able to teach you something back!
