About Me

Hello, my name's Aizat, pronounced how it's spelled.

I grew up in a small city, which is also an island in the northwest of Malaysia. I enjoy travelling and believe that everyone should do so as much as they possibly can.

I'm friendly, easy-going and positive (at least my mom thinks I am, thanks mom!). I enjoy making new friends and sharing experiences with people especially with regards travelling.

I don't drink nor smoke, however don't mind at all hanging out with people who do.

Lastly, please feel free to ask me anything regarding myself!

Terima Kasih/Thank You!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a person who likes to share. The idea of meeting people of different cultures in different places interests me. I am here because I believe there is such kindness in the world where people can feel at home, no matter where they go.

Currently I don't own a private home for myself to be able to host others (I live in University Accommodation), however when I finally have one, I would be sure to welcome travellers all around!

Interests

Other than travelling, I enjoy playing music, cooking and all things coffee!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't think anyone honestly cares haha.

for those who do,

Music: I listen to mostly anything with good drumming
Movies: I like psychological thriller movies and those with super crazy plot twists
Books: I read mostly motivational ones

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made myself a promise on my 16th birthday that I would leave Malaysia and travel to see another part of the world while pursuing higher education.

so I finished my Diploma, then a scholarship was offered to me and it felt really awesome because there was no other way I could possibly afford studying abroad away from home. This was the only way and it happened for me.

I am blessed and you are probably bored. haha, shut up! it's amazing, just nod.

Teach, Learn, Share

How about learning some Malay? or even learning some of the few Malaysian dishes I know how to make?

I can also show how to play the drums there happens to be one!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My boring stories! my native language! & maybe some goodies from the last country I happen to visit! (you're hoping I do remember this)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Scotland, Spain, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, Malaysia
