ABOUT ME

I am much of a dreamer but can be ready for new adventures any second. I learn quickly, prefer personalizing and making things by myself.

my free time consists in practicing yoga and meditating, spending time under water, freediving and observing the silent world.

since I've started studying Marine Biology in Italy, I've realised how many things are unknown to our minds, and how important it is to pay more attention (open all sences) to the outter world but, on the other hand, not foget to reflect by stopping, calming our hearts and minds. slowing down is one of the best ways to be present and perceptive.
