I have couch-surfed before and it was an incredible experience which I never would have had the chance to do if i wasn't for CS.

It is quite nice to be in a community with open minded people, who wants to make the short stay in this impermanent world as sweet and adventurous as possible.

An intense run/bike/hike/swim/workout/dance/walk/paint during the day followed by BBQ+Beer accompanied with great conversations (the diverse, the better) in the evenings.

Climbed the highest peak in West Malaysia - Gunung Tahan
Ran a 10 Km (speed category) with Malaysian National athletes
Lost my phone one and half hour before flight on a public bus and managed to get it back only because of a flight delay in the next one hour.
