ABOUT ME

I am very involved in politics. I just finished working on a democratic campaign in Chicago, which I am happy to say we won by 75% of the vote. I am planning to continue my work in the public sector (possibly in Washington, D.C.), and am currently finishing my Masters in Public Administration at DePaul University.

I can't sleep when I have socks on. Sometimes I eat macaroni and cheese from the pot. I love making cupcakes, red velvet is my specialty. I have a lust for life and I try to make the most of it. I have a life list.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel as if I live my life for others. I am a member of a few volunteer organizations and I feel as if I was born with a blessed life. I would like to share the same fortune that I've had with others and make their lives better.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to travel and see the world. I feel as that Americans do not have as much of an opportunity to travel and see the rest of the world because we can't just take a train to the next country. One of my goals in life is to travel to every continent, even Antarctica. I would love to accommodate people and host them in my home, but my roommate isn't too keen on the idea of strangers. I am trying to get her to warm up to couchsurfing!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My most enjoyable couchsurfing experience was in Dublin, with a gentleman named Paddy O'Toole. Paddy and I met about 9 months ago, and we still talk to this day. I hope to add more great couchsurfing experiences to my repertoire.
