About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoying life :)

ABOUT ME

Simple facts :

- The destiny of a 165cm person is that sometimes it becomes a problem. One time i was denied entry to a roller-coaster because of it. He said i was under-age. WHAAAA?

- I love being lost in a foreign land. That Natgeo's tagline is inspired by my love for being lost (kidding!)

- I definitely love rainy days and peculiar scent of soils after it.

- I rarely bring up my belief during my travel. Sometimes, it brings trouble to me. But should you need to know about it, I'm a Moslem with moderate views on the world and passion to learn from others' belief.

- Okay, I confess: I'm a coffee person. And I'm proud to be Indonesian, since the best coffees are grown here (Toraja, Bali, Wamena, Java Arabica, Mandailing, not to mention The Forbidden Coffee of Kopi Luwak). But once when I was in Vienna, i tasted their coffee and the taste was brilliant, too. Well, okay, I guess I'm not that proud.

- Things before i die : visit Scandinavian region and Japan and Bungee-jumping in New Zealand.

I travel like Rolf Potts !
You are a travel legend in the making, with a sense of adventure that will lead to hundreds of fascinating stories. Locals all over the world will give you special nicknames, and almost all of them will be complimentary.

PHILOSOPHY

"Colour my life with the chaos of trouble"

"travel - it leaves you speechness then turns you into a storyteller"
- Ibnu Battuta -

"Carpe diem! Seize the day!"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my trip around Bali, me and friends stopped for a scenic view of a waterfall (it's called Gitgit Twin Waterfalls, if i'm not mistake). we were busy with our own thoughts when suddenly my friend slipped and almost fell from the waterfall. in the last moment, i caught his hand and pulled him. then we laugh. of all things we could do, we laughed. crazy bastards!

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach bahasa indonesia, english and some sundanese, i can teach the basic of playing guitar.
i want to learn almost everything. cooking, playing harmonica or flute, languages, cultures and customs. above all, i want to learn how to be a good friend. :)
