Hello! I am Ajit de Graaf a very cheerful and enthousiastic girl that lives in Amersfoort, exactly in the middle of the Netherlands. I'm studying cultural heritage. Cultural heritage is something that i find extremely interesting, I'm therefore happy doing it in many ways.

My english is not so great anymore, so I apologize for my terrible grammar and sometimes dunglish(dutch&english) way of writing of speaking. (shameshameshameshameshame)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I created this account in 2011 on advice from an uncle who lives in Amsterdam. At that moment I lived there to. But shame on me, I never did somsething with my profile, until now!

I'm on Couchsurfing because i'd like to meet new people and show them some cultural highlights. Not that tullip and cheesestuff, (that's not even dutch) but more the other stuff like going to some cool expositions in a museum, walking through the city and telling nice historical storys, drinking beer after a day full of new stimuli and experiences. There is so much to do and to learn, you're never had learned everything. New eyes see new things. And its also a good way to learn my english as well :')

Interests

I'm very interested in cultural heritage on all prospects, wich I also study. I'd like to go to museums, theatre, festivals and other ways of artic expression.
Also I like to hang out wit friends, just chilling, watch series and movies at Netflix, play ingress and make long walks.

Music, Movies, and Books

The kind of music that I like is so wide, I like so much. My mother is a dance-teacher so i grew up with folkloremusic. But I also like other kinds of music. Really, from classical music till black metal, I like them all. Every kind of music has its own unique expression.
When I go out I'm going to (illegal) raves, squats and cultural freeplaces like Ruigoord or ADM. At Ruigoord I'm also a volunteer. Of course I will take you with me to that places if you want ;)
