ABOUT ME

Our names are Ajit Umrani and Mariya Todorova. Ajit is originally from India and Mariya
is from Bulgaria but we now live in the USA. We got married in 2008. We traveled around Europe and Asia in the last 5 years, using the 2‐3 weeks vacation that we get each year. We have decided to take a year off and backpack around the globe in 2012. Being an inter‐racial, inter‐faith and inter‐national couple, we are naturally interested in various cultures around the world and want to learn more about what binds us all together.

兴趣

Ajit is a racket sports and soccer fan. He has been actively playing badminton for more than 25 years. He will love to meet fellow badminton/sports enthusiasts around the world. We are active hikers and enjoy nature. Both of us enjoy traditional, home‐made food and have no dietary restrictions.
Mariya likes to meet new people, read books, see new places, learn new things and study languages. She also enjoys volunteer activities and would love to be involved in some while travelling. She was teaching English and was a Big Sister for Big Brother, Big Sister foundation before we left.
