I just graduated from university (finally!!!) and am planning on embarking on a solo trip around Europe for 1.5months before I get dragged into the working world. I studied for a semester in Sheffield, UK for about 5 months in 2015 and did a decent amount of travelling around Europe. Best times of my life EVER! However, there are definitely lots of places I missed out on and am looking forward to cover these bases when I return!

I'm a very friendly, outgoing and sociable person who thinks that a stranger is just another friend whom I've not yet made, no matter how cliche this saying is. I enjoy immersing myself in global cultures and living in a country that is at the cross section of the East and West (that being Singapore!) I have been blessed with the best of both worlds.

I'm a born and bred Singaporean and majored in Sociology & Public Policy and Global Affairs in school. The world's a sometimes dreary place but I believe in humanity and hope to do some good. I'd like to work in an international organisation in the future (e.g. UN/Oxfam).

Travelling solo can be lonely so I hope to gain some companionship by couchsurfing! I love sharing stories about where I'm from (a place unfamiliar to most) and also hearing all of yours!

I'm always on the lookout for events happening around town. From architectual festivals to coffee festivals or music events! I love spending hours in museums as well much as I enjoy a good old football match on the weekend.

I'm a massive fan of Manchester United and am really stoked about experiencing local football culture. Visting stadiums is definitely one of my things. I've watched matches at Old Trafford and Bernabeu, and visited the Emirates, Anfield and Camp Nou. It'll be great if we could catch a game in your local cities (if it's possible! I know how exhorbitant tickets can get).

I also have a keen interest in politics, current affairs, humanitarian issues, and am passionate about the environment.
