ABOUT ME

My name is Alex Winslow, I was born and raised in Sheffield, UK. I practice Parkour and Freerunning which has led to me travelling all round the world. I'm a qualified Parkour coach and have taught and performed all over the world.

I like to think I'm pretty relaxed and easy to get along with, I've travelled extensively and can't really think of much else I'd like to be doing with my time on this planet!

PHILOSOPHY

New experiences over objects. Don't be so judgmental, people are just people, Keep moving and adapting don't let things in your life get to stale or repetative.

The two times I've used couch surfing were in India and it was awesome, it made such a difference to the places I was staying; getting local knowledge and meeting new friends really different to anyone I'd ever met before

I have a real passion for travelling, seeing new places and meeting new people.
I'm very curious and love to learn about how different people live their lifes.

My main hobby is parkour but I practice lots of different things too, I love to train in anyway I can, powerlifting, strength and conditioning, martial arts ect.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The first time I ever went to Bangkok when I was 17 and my friends took me to the top of my friends condo building and showed me the city from the helipad, that's when I first fell in love with the city.

Songkran festival in Thailand a 3 day long water fight how they celebrate the new year.

Various Parkour performances I've done, my favorite was one I did in London in front of 8 thousand people and the Barclaycard free running championships.
