About Me
I'm a kind of an explorer who's into fermentation, farming and trekking. Love cultural exchanging with locals, especially cooking. I don't know how many sushi rolls I rolled to show my hosts and friends after I quit my job and flew to abroad. x) So I've been on a unique journey thorough some countries for 4 years now, on and off.
Most of the time, I visit my friends in other countries or WWOOF. WWOOFing is a great way to know deep culture in the other countries. I really love it!! My unique experience of traveling changed me a lot to be an open-minded and flexible person. I'd be really happy to share my stories and experience, if you're interested in.
Since 2011 I've been into fermentation, especially Miso. So I organise homemade miso workshop in Winter time in Japan to share how fermentation is interesting. And I'm thinking about daring to raise a crowd funding to have my classes abroad in the future. I'm very happy to share my knowledge on fermentation.
