ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Alyssa Barker. I got my degree and a real person job and decided I wasn't happy about it so now I'm a career ski bum. I chase winters, traveling between New Zealand and Mammoth Mountain. In between seasons, I get about a month and a half to travel so I'm pretty stoked on life. I love exploring on foot, bike, skis, anything out of a car. I'm friendly and my Mom thinks I'm funny.

PHILOSOPHY

There's a lot of excuses for not doing something. My philosophy is, am I going to die? No? Okay then let's go!

I am a ski instructor. I've been a lacrosse and rugby coach. I know an obnoxious amount about beer. I want to learn how to do more stuff in the outdoors. Kayak, abseil, climb all sorts of junk.
