About Me
Hey Couchsurfers!
I'm Akber, a 30 year old UX Designer living in Berlin. Grew up in London, then moved to Karachi (Pakistan) and have been living in Berlin for 2 years now. I'm a pretty laid back guy who enjoys art, films, new experiences and most importantly GREAT COMPANY!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Here to meet interesting people and to share local experiences together. With our powers combined. we can make sure we avoid every tourist trap!
Interests
I feel like you really get to know a place by walking around it and discovering little gems that end up become your favourite places. That's the magic of urban exploration. When I'm hosting someone in Berlin I'd be glad to show them my discoveries, and vice versa. I also love learning a few words wherever I go. Basic stuff like greetings and thank you, just to show that you respect their culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts
My couch opens up into a bed. I've got a duvet and pillow for you to keep comfy. It's comfortable for one person, and cosy for two! As I live in a one bed room apartment, the couch is in the room, so close to my bed. I keep a clean place and don't have any pets.
