Things I really like: painting; mindfulness and meditation and going with the flow of the universe; being outside and hanging with bugs, dirt and rocks; randomly bursting into song (let's jam!); creative writing; deep introspective sometimes existential conversations about humanity and interconnectedness and time and dimensions of space etc ; running and yoga; veganism, Tardigrades, corny games and team building exercises; creating music and meals and laughs with friends and strangers, blazing and doing all of the above

PHILOSOPHY
We are all pure love and consciousness at our core- we’ve just forgotten as our collective and individual egos have completely taken over the human psyche.

Transform yourself to transform the world. What happens at the smallest scale of interaction is what gets magnified to the largest.
