Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Nothing has ever attracted me more to a place than its simplicity and untouched beauty. I always prefer a place that is frequented less by tourists and more by locals. Pictures of a place should be able to tell a story. I believe I can host travellers back home and through couch surfing, I hope to meet new people who can not just host me but can show me around the place, introduce me to local food and to local activities. I hope to learn about different cultures, different people and their different ways of living.

What I Can Share with Hosts

So a month back Me and my wife visited Vietnam, met this amazing waiter at a bar to whom we self invited ourselves into his place, as we wanted to see how a Vietnamese family lives, unfortunately, he was not in a position to call us in.

There, an idea was born. We decided to let foreigners in India, into our house to really show how people live in India and what our daily routine looks like.

I own a clothing brand, so would happy to take you to my factory to show you how a traditional woman garment (Kurta sets) are made. Top Secret, it involves a beautiful step of hand embroidery which is quite interesting to see. Would also be happy to arrange a lunch with my Karigars (artisans) made especially by them. Yes, you can ask them any questions you want.

My wife, you see her in my profile picture, is a Bollywood celebrity stylist. If you’re lucky, she might take you out on a shoot to see how the big time actors of India are styled.

So basically you get to experience 2 amazing days with us.
