About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to enlarge my world's point of view by travelling or meeting travellers

ABOUT ME

I'm really nice.
I got a great sense of humor, even if I'm not really funny (if I am it would be spontaneous).
I'm really patient even if I'm little bite fidgety and that I'm often super active.
I'm very respectful and tolerant.

My permanent smile gives me an happiness unlimited which could reach summit when I'm meeting really nice people.

I could be really shy, when I meet for the first time someone.

PHILOSOPHY

"Don't worry, be happy." Bobby Mc Ferrin

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will use Couch Surfing mostly to travel, but I will love to welcome any couch surfer. Indeed, for me it's important to discover new places, but it's more important to meet peoples who live in those places. So if they can come to you it's awesome. This is for me the main objective of couchsurfing.

Interests

I'm abble to find pleasure in any activity.

But I especially love politics (and debate), reading, swimming, badminton, sleeping, eating (I love to discover new taste, I can cook but this is not my favorit activity)

And of course in top list several things (that I shouldn't talk on internet) like parties. But it's cheat because it's producing massively pleasure's neurohormones.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really open and curious about any type of music, books, or movies. Indeed, I never judge something before test it.

Music: I'm listening to everything, but I mostly listen to Oriental music (Raï), Reggae, French hip-hop, Classic, Jazz and blues.
I also love electronic music, but I'm not listening to this music to feel the same feelings than the first ones: for me electronic music needs to be more powerful, more intense than traditional music; electronic needs to reach level, to create sound which are just unthinkable with simple instruments. This is why I prefer in this category dubstep, psytrance or hardstyle than minimal or dance.

My favorite music group is Orange Blossom. In French-speaking hip-hop I love Keny Arkanna, IAM, Didier Awadi (Senegal) and Smockey (Burkina Faso). My favorite singer (woman) is Ofra Haza. My favorite singer (man) is Salif Keita.

Books: I love to read. I'm reading anything even books about environment, politics, economy or geography. However, I prefer fiction with a storyline (a narrative thread). If you can get a message (metaphoric or not) it will be perfect. Of course I read most of the bestseller of my generation (Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Da Vinci Code etc...). But I also read literature. Mostly French one: My favorite writers are Balzac, Victor Hugo and Jules Vernes. However, my favorite books are Candide (Voltaire) and Germinal (Emile Zola). I love so much French literature that I can't write the entire Authors I like: Duras, Camus, Sagan, Vian, Rimbaud etc...
But I also really like English literature: Charles Dickens, Oscar Wilde, Lewis Carroll, Shakespeare, and Samuel Beckett. My favorite English book is The Picture of Dorian Gray.
And US literature Mark Twain, Richard Wright, J.D.Salinger. My favorite US books are Roots, Huckleberry Finn and The man who lived underground.

I certainly read books from other culture but if I did it was in French, so I didn't really notice international specificity. Anyway I love Chilean writer Luis Sepulveda.

Movie : I'm a little bite cinephile and I always looking for the perfect mix between story, esthetism and play. But, I prefer story success to esthetic sucess. This why, I don't really like commercial movie. My Favorite movies are "le salaire de la Peur" Henri-Georges Clouzot, "La Planête Sauvage" René Laloux, (French), "Lost Highway" David Lynch (US), "Nueve Reinas" Fabián Bielinsky (Argentine), "Vals Im Bashir" (Israel), "Rashomon" Akira Kurosawa. I also love Chaplin, Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, Jim Jarmush, Mélies, Jacques Tati, Cohen brothers, Marx Brothers, Louis de Funès etc...
