我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love travelling and often do it alone. Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to make connections aboard. When I couchsurf, it is an opportunity to connect with a new friend. I have met many wonderful, kind and giving people on couchsurfing and I hope that those that have met me/will meet me goes away with a similar sentiment.

My idea of a good time ranges from having a quiet chat to grabbing drinks/going dancing. One of the best part of travelling is spending time with locals and other travellers that we wouldn't have otherwise met if we stayed at home.

I lived in France for a year to learn the language. Always looking for opportunities to keep practice and learning.

I love playing board games, especially ones I haven't tried before - favorites include Time's Up and Werewolf.

Some of my favorite movies include: You've got mail, Intouchable, Infernal Affairs, and Astérix and Obleix. I have a love/hate relationship with romantic-comedies.

My favorite books are the Stephen King's Dark Tower Series, Diana Gabaldon's Voyager series, Robert Heinlein's Lazarus Long books. Since living in France I have a special spot for Le Petit Prince.

I love listening to live music and/or dancing. I like most type of music but default to Top 40s music at most time.

I was lucky enough to go to Burning Man one year. It was an amazing experience and I would say I was too shy and too young (in my experience) to enjoy what it fully had to offer. Would love to go back again one day.
