About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Mission? What mission? My mission is to enjoy my 20s as much as possible by traveling, seeing the world, and meeting as many new people as possible. Oh, and eating delicious food and drinking amazing wine/beer/whiskey..
ABOUT ME
Outgoing but introverted; Easy-going but dynamic; Passionate but chill; Always excited, always distracted, always looking for the next big thing.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm not sure if I'm going to make any mark on history in any way, but barring that, I'm damn well going to have a good time in life while I'm here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I want to surf couches all over the world!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've only couchsurfed once, but it was awesome! We stayed with some fine gents and a lady (as well as a dog, a rabbit, and several dying fish). We exchanged beer and wine in trade for a couch to sleep on, and tips on where in Portland to hang out, and a fun evening out with our couchsurfing hosts. It was wonderful, and I very much hope to continue what was an amazing start to my CouchSurfing life.
Interests
I like to read, take photographs, talk to people, eat food, drink wine and beer and cocktails, cook, write, travel, listen to music, and argue. These are the things that spice up my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Jetlagged, sunrise over Delphi on our first morning in Greece. I have never seen such a beautiful sunrise in my life, made all the better by the fact that I was perfectly awake and clear-headed to watch it;
Hiking fifteen miles around Killarney National Park in Ireland with my sister, talking to random Irish people (and occasional cows and sheep) with funny and interesting anecdotes along the way, reveling in the intense green fairy-land and lake area that is Ireland's natural beauty;
Working on a vineyard in rural France and waking up every morning to the sun rising over a silhouetted medieval castle on the hillside and a fig tree with ripe figs for breakfast.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach. Learn. Share. The things I know things about in life are mostly relating to the following subjects: wine (particularly natural, organic, and biodynamic wines), food, little and less about beer and whiskey but I enjoy talking and learning about them nonetheless, restaurants, History that being Reformation European period and less of everything else, some things about books, and maybe I know one or two things about traveling and meeting people. But mostly I don't know a whole lot.
