Hello! My name is Elton and I recently returned from my very own backpacking trip that lasted about 7 months around Asia and New Zealand. It was an incredible experience that brought many wonderful people into my life. I am very thankful for all the generous people that opened their homes to me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couch surfing because I've had a couple friends that have highly recommended it while travelling. Hostels are great and all but CS is really the greatest opportunity to meet a local and really understand their way of life.

Interests

I love playing sports and all the beautiful things our world has to offer. I love riding my motorcycle, and my most recent hobby as noted above, scuba diving! I just got my open water license and hope to get a couple dives under my belt in south east Asia before I take the advanced course in Australia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent one year after university teaching English in South Korea.

I established a chapter of a fraternity called Lambda Phi Epsilon at UofToronto with 11 other "brothers".

I just received my PADI open water license to scuba dive!

Bungee jumped 132m into a canyon in New Zealand

Sky Dived at 16,000ft also in New Zealand :)

I am an extremely friendly and easy going individual. I currently reside in Toronto, Canada. This will be my first time really travelling the world for an extended period of time.
