Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Akram, graduated from Engineering and a young, curious traveler who believes that the best way to explore a country is through its people, stories, and everyday life. I’ve been lucky enough to explore 7 countries so far — France, Belgium, Lebanon, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, and Spain — each one teaching me something new about culture, food, and human connection.
I enjoy slow travel, walking around cities without a strict plan (sometimes I do plans haha), discovering local cafés, and having meaningful conversations about life, culture, and travel experiences. I’m respectful, easygoing, and always grateful to the people who open their homes and share their time.
Whether it’s exchanging travel stories, cooking together, or just having a good conversation, I’m always happy to connect and learn from others along the way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe travel is more about human connection than just visiting places. I love meeting locals, understanding cultures from the inside, and sharing real experiences that you can’t find in guidebooks. Couchsurfing gives me the chance to connect with open-minded people, exchange stories, and see each place through the eyes of those who live there. I also love to help people in my country just like how I like to be hosted in other countries. So whenever you feel you need a secure, heartwarming hospitality you are more than welcome!
