About Me
Hi, I'm Amit 🙋🏻♂️, always on the move and forever curious about the world around me. I’m all about slow travel—taking the time to really experience a place, its people, and, of course, its food!
I’ve explored the night markets of Taiwan, the temples and shrines of Japan, and the bustling streets of Vietnam, melancholic villages of Thailand, always on the lookout for the next great story or hidden gem.
I’m a bit lazy, laid-back, but love a good conversation, and appreciate the little things in life, whether it’s a quiet evening with a cup of tea or a slow walk around the city exploring hidden gems along the way. If you’re up for sharing stories, exploring your city, or just hanging out, I’m in!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd love to meet new people around the world. Know how locals live, see the country from their perspective.
And yes, I want to learn cooking recipes from local people. Food is everything! 😁

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have done camping in front of Mt. Fuji in front of Lake Motosu, Japan. It was a dream come true!
Watched Kimi no Na wa (Your Name) movie in the same cinema with Director Makoto Shinkai and shook hands with him.
I've completed the famous Mae Hong Son loop in Northern Thailand with a 125cc scooter and covered around 1000KM journey with more than 4088 curves from Chaing Mai-Mae Hong Son-Chiang Mai. Visited some unexplored villages around the loop and stayed with the locals.
My bucket list is kinda big, so I'll put them one by one once I am done with it. 😉
Teach, Learn, Share
Although I'm still learning but I can teach some of my Designing skills, taking Photographs. I can share my life story, about what motivated me to travel and such.
I want to learn more about people, their experience with traveling, their lifestyle and such. Food is a huge motivation for travelling. I want to learn a lot of local cooking recipes from the country I visit. I can teach some of the Indian cooking recipies in exchange.
It is amazing to be alive in this digital era.
