ABOUT ME

Hello you!
I´m Maria and I am 22 years old. At the current moment am I living in Uganda located in the eastern part. I´m working as a volunteer in the Red Cross doing a project called life planning skills. Normally I live in Denmark in the capital Copenhagen where I study Business economic and finances in my 3 year. But right now i´m taking a break from studies. I really like being a volunteer because you have the chance to help others and hopefully you can make a difference and an impact on others!
In my free time I love to make sports such as swimming, running and dancing. I´m also a volunteer in a Danish party so I love discussions and getting involved in political issues.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never tried CouchSurfing before, but I have heard so many amacing things and trips, so of course I would love to Couch Surf!

Intereses

In my free time I love to make sports such as swimming, running and dancing. I´m also a volunteer in a Danish party so I love discussions and getting involved in political issues.
I really like spending time with my family and friends. As told before I´m a member in political youth party back in Denmark and I love all the things associated too that, such as debates, conferences, running election campaign, political camps and so on. Being active is also a big part of my life. I like to hike, run dance and swim. When I am not active I like to read. I read a lot of novels and all kinds of topics.
I do a lot of travelling and find it amazing to explore and meet new interesting people, especially exploring other cultures give me a lot of values.

Música, películas y libros

Music: I listen to all kind of music, but I like rock music such as Kaizers Orchestra, The White Stripes, The Rachountures and so on. I am also a big fan of Jack Johnson, John Legend and that kind of music. I have played the Violin for about 10 years. I plays classic music, but I really don’t listen that music to classic beside the music I play myself. I love being I an orchestra. Playing with is just amazing!

Backpacking around in Asia, working as a Volunteer in Africa, traveling is so amacing because you learn so much about other cultures but also a lot about yourself!
