About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy life, make friends, and see the world
ABOUT ME
Well....I am a mother of two wild rag-a-muffin Alaskan children and married to a crazed Alaskan man.....all in the good since!! My family is my life!!
We like to spend our winters next to the wood stove, I bake bread and cook stew, then my hubby and I enjoy a glass of vino. We try to have a lot of bon fires with friends, and get out of the state for a month or so.
In summer we hike and swim, pick flowers and berrys, stack rocks at the river, hang out with friends at the park, and enjoy the midnight sun.
As for me, I collect postcards from all over the world, make wild mailable artwork, read national geographic, watch films, try to sew (I make great skirts, but never mastered the art of pants). One day I would like to sell my wares at festivals....after I am done running my hostel. I also want to own a campground with lots of Volkswagens!!
If you can't tell, I am laid back and easy to get along with. I enjoy good conversation, bread, salad, and coffee.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is meant to be enjoyed, bread is meant to be baked, wine is meant to be sipped, and friends are meant to be shared.
Life is a verb.
