Hi there! My name is Amrita and I feel so blessed that I have the opportunity to travel as much as I do! I’ve been to 28 countries and counting and have lived in 5! I don’t intend on stopping, either!

I’m a writer, a researcher, a community facilitator, and an artist educator. I believe that the impact that I will make in this world is multi-dimensional!

A lot of the most amazing experiences I’ve had have been while traveling and while making new friends on my travels!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A few years ago after winning third place in an international development competition in Geneva (where I got a cheque handed to me by Kofi Anan) I hiked the Swiss Alps!

I’ve gone on Safari in Maasai Mara, Kenya after 4 months of living with the Maasai on the border of Kenya and Tanzania.

I lived in the Himalayas (near the Dalai Lama) in India for 4 months volunteering for a rural organization based in feminist principles.

I went to Machu Pichu this past summer - and went mountain biking in the Andes!
