I created this profile long time ago but this is the first time that I decided to travel and find new friends on this website :)

I was born and raised in Isfahan. The city is well-known for its precious treasures such as bridges, mosques, palaces, and above all its culture and people. It is due to this historical and cultural richness that the city is also called the “City of Half of the World” (Esfahān nesf-e jahān ast). Personally, I'm into languages and learning about new cultures. Coming to France was another opportunity to get to know different people and also find out how much we have in common with the French culture as well as other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Curious in nature, I decided to discover more about the people, the architecture, the cuisine and on the whole, whatever that represented a foreign culture to me. This was a new page in my life and gave an international dimension to my personality and understanding.

I decided to embrace and follow my personal legend. In this way, I traveled a lot in my country and then started t discover France as I found the opportunity. I have been registered on CouchSurfing for some time but this is the first time that I am officially trying to get to the spirit of this community.

Until now, I have traveled with many friends but I like to meet new people too. The ones who add spice to my trips and also help me know their cities - where they leave- better. This way, I feel "IN" the culture and not an observer from outside.

Interests

I'm into traveling and for me the first step was knowing my own country. Now, I am preparing my "around-the-world" adventure itinerary. My future plans include:

- Traveling around France ( I have somehow achieved this goal, although, there is a lot more to be discovered)
- Traveling around Italy as one of my favorite countries. ( I am planing to travel this summer)
- Traveling around the world

Music stand among my other interests. I enjoy all music genres more or less depending on my mood. However, I used to play Santur which is a Persian musical instrument.

On the whole I'm calm, a bit shy but still adventurous. My other favorites are:

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm passionate about pop, traditional, classic and country music. The illustrations of John Steinbeck in the Grapes of Wrath is admirable in my idea. The trilogy of Krzysztof Kieślowski (Blue, White and Red) in cinema is probably one of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, my life was simply amazing. I never regretted what I did and never like to go back to the past. I am sure that I am on my way to HAPPINESS :)

I teach Marketing, Languages and Management. Cultures and traditions are my interests so I'd like to learn more about them.
