About Me
Hola! I am Alberto, a guy who is currently finishing his master on psychopathology in Groningen, NL but I am from the very very very beautiful of Valencia, Spain. As a Spanish I am very easy-going, I like chilling, and making things easy so that I can peacefully enjoy life. Getting a drink and chatting with new people is one way to do it and travelling to see beautiful places is another. That's why I'm here. I think I like everyone but disrespectful people i.e. sexists, racists, homophobes, and so on. I also try to be conscious about my waste and how I treat environments, I don't smoke, and I like animals a lot :).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling and meeting people is always a pleasure :)
Interests
Basketball is my sport although I have not played seriously in many years, and Toronto is my team (this year ;)). Also, Westbrook is an idiot.
I also love music, I play the bass and listen to many different types of music. From progressive pop like Steven Wilson, to metal like Dream Theater, passing by indie like Phoenix, and also weird mixes like the cat empire. I also like reggeaton, like calle 13, and when I go out techno and disco is what I like the most. If you like music I can introduce you to a few very cool Spanish bands.
When I feel lazy I like cooking and watching a good movie, some movies that I've watched this year and I loved: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, and Matilda (that never fails). Overrated film of the year: Roma. If you like eating I make the best Spanish tortilla, it'll blow your mind.

Music, Movies, and Books
I've already talked about movies and music... regarding books, I read a lot of psychology books, when it comes to non-academic books I mostly read Spanish authors like Almudena Grande or Eloy Moreno. I like fantasy a lot so I also enjoy sagas like Harry Potter, Eragon, and Idhún's memories, and also classical dystopic fantasy like 1984 and brave new world.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once I tried paella in Candem market, in London. Never again.
Teach, Learn, Share
