HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had the opportunity to host people yet but I love meeting with other CSers and sharing stories and experiences, just having a good time overall.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Maracay's CS group is great and is always planning interesting activities like hiking, kyte flying, free hugs and so on. I've met with CSers that some friends have hosted and all of them have been great. It's incredible how bounderies and distances disappear with a site like this one.

► Music: This is a tough one. I listen to pretty much anything that moves me and makes me feel something good. Some of my favorites (in no particular order):
Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Janis Joplin, Queen, Jorge Drexler, Natalia Lafourcade, Amy Winehouse, The Police, Mika, Sia, Fiona Apple, Xtina, Dido, Lana Del Rey, Alanis, Bjork, Goldfrapp, Jonsi... also a big fan of experimental electronic music. I'm a DJ and producer as well and I love making my own music too. I really can't define me musically. There is a LOT that I listen to.

►Movies: I'm a sucker for horror, suspense, sci-fi and musicals... big contrast uh? but I also love a great story that moves me, makes me laugh or takes me to new places. Some of my favorite movies: Star Wars, A Clockwork Orange, Fight Club, Shortbus, REC, Thesis, Kill Bill, Amelié, 99 Francs, etc.

►Books: Even though I own more than a handful of books and I love reading them, it's been a while I stopped being active and I kind of lost the habbit. Some of my favorite books: Stephen King's Misery and The Long Walk, Gabriel Garcí­a Marquez' One Hundred Years of Solitude, Cloud Atlas.

► TV Series: I absolutely love watching TV series, even though I don't even watch TV anymore. Today I watch them online or download them and try to follow the broadcasting. Some of my (all time) favorites in no particular order (sort of): Orphan Black, Misfits, Alfred Hitchcock Presents:, Heroes, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, True Blood, Dollhouse, Supernatural, Friday The 13th to name a few.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Honestly, one of the most exciting and undescriptible experiences of my whole life was meeting my Lama. I have yet to meet Venezuela's Gran Sabana. I know for sure it's one of the most amazing places on earth. And when I travel to Barcelona I guess I would be writing a bit more here.

I don't consider myself an expert but I know a lot about music, pop culture and everything related to computers, maybe that's something I could teach. I would love to learn more languages for sure, you never learn enough. I want to keep learning and growing as an improviser and have more opportunities to teach Improv.

I'd share all my experience and knowledge with anyone who starts a conversation with me. That's a great way to know someone. I'm very open to new people and different ways of thinking.
