I am working in Santa Fe, New Mexico, educated as a junior architect from Damascus. I have traveled across the southwest of the US after growing up in Syria. Life has been an adventure to say the least. I greatly enjoy meeting new people and sharing life stories. I am eager to learn more about the great Northwest (Portland being a city I have my eye on) as well as progressive cities like Austin, Miami, Denver and Seattle.

I had a great experience volunteering for the Syrian Crescent (like the "Red Cross") during the war.

I can buy you pizza. I can share how to totally redesign a life after moving to a new country. I can also share what I learned about historic preservation in Santa Fe and how contemporary buildings can sustainable and affordable.
