Just quit my job in Berlin, it is my current mission to create a life, where I can both travel the world and meet amazing people, while starting up a new company where I can inspire others to do the same.

So far I started my own NGO called 'Tuk Tuk Cartel' , which was founded with a rebellious spirit and a bold objective: To identify innovative projects in underdeveloped regions in all corners of the world that truly make a difference and support them with a community of individuals and corporates who want to make a change in this world.

Next to my active role in the NGO, I also started a Nutrition Start Up called The Temple, which is a subscription-based, premium nutrition brand, delivering the building blocks of a healthier lifestyle, directly to your doorstep.

Besides these projects, it is my biggest hobby to visit new countries and meet interesting people to share amazing experiences. To date I've traveled to over 102+ countries and it is my goal to visit them all before my 40th birthday.

In December I will be visiting several countries in the Horn of Africa, like Djibouti, Somaliland and Ethiopia, during this travel, I would love to meet some amazing people to connect with who would love to show me around and share memories with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be honest I am fairly new to this platform, so far I've only couch surfed around 10 times (yes quite a rookie haha) Of those 10 times, 1 night was in Rome, 1 night in Mumbai, 1 night in Paris and the rest was when I was Island Hopping last April in the Caribbean. All of the time I've met amazing people and I've had wonderful experiences.

The reason why I am couch-surfing is because I love meeting new people and explore local gems. I've been hosting many of my friends during the last ten years in places like Dublin, Bangkok, Munich, Amsterdam, Berlin and Las Palmas, and I love the experience of seeing a city through somebody else his eyes.

Live is very short, and the best moments are made while having experiences with amazing people, so I think that's why I want to give Couchsurfing a new shot.

When it comes to my interest, I am open to everything: Visiting Cultural Events, Going for a Drink, Cooking a Home Made Meal, Having Beers and Play Pool in a Bar, Conducting Sports, you name it. So if you are interest to spend some days with me I would love it and I would love to repay you the honor if you visit my current city: Berlin, Germany.

Going out: I used to work as a Cocktail Shaker in Amsterdam, so I love to get social.
Culture: The reason I love traveling is cause I love to experience other cultures.
Art: I have a strong interest in Photography, Street Art and Modern Art, and love to visit local Galleries.
Traveling: Been to 90+ Countries over the last 10 years and I never get tired of it.
Food: Eating Out or enjoying a Home Cooked Meal are high on my list of things to do when I chill.
Sports: I am big into sports, love to run half marathons, but also enjoy extreme sports or fitness.
