Bonjour,
J'ai réalisé un rêve: voyager à vélo de Marseille (France) mi septembre 2013 à Astrakhan au bord de la mer Caspienne mi decembre 2013.
Ce voyage a été un grand moment de plaisir avec beaucoup d'enseignements à retenir pour les projets de la vie de tous les jours.
J'en ai fait un livre où j'ai tiré les enseignements de ce voyage: "Voyage vers Soi de Marseille à Astrakhan" aux éditions Edilivre.

Maintenant je navigue beaucoup sur mon voilier de 10m. En juin et juillet 2019 j’ai fait un tour de Méditerranée et l’ete 2021 je vais partir 3 mois toujours en Méditerranée si ça vous dit de partager une semaine ou plus de navigation contactez moi.
J’aime l’hiver la randonnée à ski
Et j’initie maintenant un projet d’oasis de vie: vivre autrement plus près de la nature avec bienveillance et joie.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Je participe dans l'échange avec les personnes que je rencontre. Couchsurfing est beaucoup, mais alors beaucoup plus que le coucher, c'est un vrai enrichissement personnel au contact des rencontres

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've discovered CS during my travel. I was hosted 50 times by very kind personns, and with very intersting human discussion.
Now when I'll travel I'll try to be hosted to share good moments even in France.

Interests

I'm sportive, running, skiing and more mountain skiing, sailing.
I like read also different style of book.
I've more and more concerned by the issues of our society.
I'm involved in an association to accompagny managers to find again a better job.
I'm now take pleasure to sail on my boat. This summer I hope to sail to Greece.

Teach, Learn, Share

After an initial engineering training I've now developped coaching ability.
This new skills is more aligned with me.
In fact I like human contact, I like share experiment, and my project now is to define how my next activity will help people to be better in their life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My great experience of life, my transformation to authorize me day after day to be myself, and simply share humain moment of life: laughing, listening, speaking, drinking, eating.
