Hello! Condensing who I am into words for a profile tends to make me squirm, so instead I'll list some things I love: meeting new humans, swimming (I swim year-round in the Salish Sea), laughter and silliness, reading, writing, poetry (I memorize a poem a month!), music music music (listening, singing, dancing, mmm), the podcast On Being, cheese samples, symbiosis, snail mail, snails, good conversation, comedy. And questions. I love good questions.

I really love the folks I have met on couchsurfing--their openness, their kindness, their curiosity. It's such a beautiful community of folks sharing their lives together, sharing wisdom, sharing laughter, food, space, time.
