About Me

I'm french, but I lived in various European countries and now in Poland.
I'm a simple guy. Doesn't mean that I'm stupid, but just that I don't need amazing things to be happy!
I like to design, build and organize all kind of things, I need to create something.

I'm a flexitarian (mainly vegetarian but flexible, especially when traveling). It's mainly about environment and health, if you're interested in itI'd be happy to share our thoughts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted many people when I lived in Italy. Now I'm renovating my flat so hosting would be quite a mess.
Of course when I've the opportunity to travel, CS has to be part of it!

I also like to participate in events, and I met many friends this way.
When I lived in Italy I organized french-speaking events to help people learning and practicing (and of course socializing, the CS-way!).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
From my family, I'm used to host people and being hosted.
Since I discovered CS I've been hosted a few times, but I mainly hosted. I like to take part in the trips of my guests, it's like if I was traveling myself :)

Interests

My hobbies range from rock climbing, mountain bike, hiking, snowbord, snorkeling, to DIY, board games, build Lego, cooking, juggling, etc... and most of all I like to try something new and exciting!

I also like photography, both digital and analog (low-fi, lomography...)
My analog pictures are here: http://www.lomography.com/homes/aguillem

I participated in the Shell Eco-Marathon (a student automotive competition) during 3 years, but I stopped because I'm not a student anymore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Estonia in December, I jumped in a lake after staying in a sauna.
I had a party on a boat with 2000 international students during 2 days.
I participated in a night hike through the 52 galeries of a military trail built during World War I on the massif of Pasubio. We arrived on the top for the sunrise!

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to learn or practice French, ce sera avec plaisir ;)

I'd like to learn about cooking from all around the world (and eventually taste something...).

I can teach some stuffs about photography (both analog and digital).
