ABOUT ME

Alan likes to travel and is interested in languages, people, literature and cultures. He lived overseas much of his life in Europe, Africa and South America. He treats his life like a suitcase and tries to pack it with as much as he can.

Interesses

I am passionate about languages and photography. I spend a lot of my time studying languages and helping others learn English. I chat a great deal with people through Facebook, vKontact, Busuu and Skype. My kids are active in outdoor sports; I enjoy going along as the photographer. This takes me to the mountains. rivers and forests, and occasionally overseas. I currently work as a computer consultant in Seattle. I spent 10 years as a journalist in the MidEast and 10 years in Europe as a teacher.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I was an exchange student to Germany in high school which exposed to me another culture and gave me confidence that I could live and work abroad. It was an awesome adventure that led me back a few years later. I worked as a journalist and lived in the MidEast for many years.
